Please arrive at the boat ride ticket kiosk, located at the end of the Pier, at least thirty minutes prior to your boat ride. You will need to fill out paperwork and pay for your tickets before you can board the boat.

Unfavorable weather, sea conditions, or other circumstances may force us to cancel a particular boat tour or modify its departure time. If that happens, we will notify you in advance by phone or email.
