For first time users we'll start with a one on one consultation to access your needs and goals with steaming. We'll review your intake form and create a personalized steam plan. We'll then proceed with your steam session. *You will receive an email with an online intake form that needs to be filled out prior to your appointment.

Steam Membership is for clients who are maintaining their monthly maintenance.

Customized 30 day steam protocol. This includes preparation of your first session, instructions for how to do the set up on your own, weekly check ins and a change in protocol for once you’re ready to have your period return. A 30 day steam protocol can be done at any time postpartum, whether you just gave birth a few days ago or months ago. *You will receive an email with an online intake form that needs to be filled out prior to your appointment.
