Our Monday morning class is focused on functional movement. It divides into two halves, and you are welcome to attend from 10.00-10.30, 10.30-11.00, or full the full hour.
We generally begin seated on a chair, then move to standing up with support from a chair or wall as required. At 10.30, we normally move down to the floor to practise kneeling and lying poses, then finish with a few stretches.
There are four classes in our Monday November series: 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th November, all from7.30-8.30PM online. Classes have no more than 6 participants.
If you need to miss one or more classes in the series, please let me know with at least 3 hours' notice. I will then issue you with an online 'credit note' so that you can redeem your class either by attending another online class in the same month, or to use as credit towards your next month's payment. There is no refund available for cancellations made less than 3 hours before class time.
To reserve your place, choose this payment option. Links will be provided via the newsletter. From December onwards, the booking system will allow you to receive class links as soon as you make your payment.
