We set up the morning of your party between 7am-2pm. If you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to
accommodate.
We pickup same-day after your event ends. This allows
us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested after 9pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour and are subject to prior approval. Pickups requested after 9pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Please email us to discuss before booking. We do not pick up waterslides after dark. If you want the waterslide after day, an automatic overnight fee will be charged.
