Validity Period: The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Make sure to book your appointment within this period to enjoy your pampering session!
Redeemable Services: The gift certificate can be used for any service at Piel Dulce. Whether it’s a facial or sugaring service, you’re in for a treat!
Non-Transferable: This gift certificate is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is on it. Share the love by getting your own!
Non-Refundable: The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable. Trust us, our services are worth every penny!
Booking in Advance: Please book your appointment in advance to ensure availability. Mention your gift certificate when booking.
Presentation: Bring your gift certificate with you to your appointment (printed or on your phone) to redeem your service.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your certificate.
Partial Use: If you don't use the full value of the gift certificate in one visit, the remaining balance will be credited for future use within the validity period.
Lost Certificates: We can’t replace lost or stolen gift certificates, so keep it safe!
