Parking
Street Parking is free on the weekends and after 5:00.
Paid street parking during the week can be made through the Passport parking app or by meter. There is also a parking garage across the street.
Clients may park in the lot next to the building after 5:00 and on the weekends. During the weekday, off street parking is not permitted and is a tow zone.
Booking Details
All services are subject to the terms and conditions of our Studio Rental Agreement. Please read carefully. Once you’ve signed the agreement and submitted your retainer, your session will be secured. A keyless entry code will be sent to the email provided at least 24 hours prior to your session day/time.
By scheduling through our online booking system, you agree to the provisions listed in the studio agreement at booking. Please read the terms carefully.
Rental Times
You have access to the studio for your exact rental time. There is no grace period before or after your rental time. Rentals may be booked back to back.
Check Out Procedures
Renters agree to complete check out procedures to maintain a clean and orderly space for the guests after them. Renters are required to swiffer and take out any garbage they produced while at the studio.
Term Highlights
Upon booking, renters must agree to all terms and conditions. Please read the full terms and conditions carefully. Highlights of those terms are listed below:
-Glitter, confetti, open flames, and adhesive are prohibited. Use of these items will result in a $150 cleaning fee in addition to any damages the use of these items may have caused.
-The renter will enter and exit the space during their agreed time and leave it in clean and orderly condition. There may be other renters who have booked the space directly after you so please be mindful and kind.
-The renter will treat the space with respect and will not damage anything, will follow all local laws, and will not exceed the occupancy limit of 20 people max.
-No pets.
-The renter will pay in full at booking and understands their retainer fee is non-refundable.
-Renters can reschedule their date within 14 days of their original session. Reschedule requests will not be granted if notified less than 13 days in advance. Reschedules due to inclement weather will be granted and must be rescheduled within 3 months.
Booking in advance
Our online booking system allows renters to book 3 days or more in advance. If you have a last minute booking and would like to know what is available please e-mail us directly at Hello@bridgeperspective.com and we will do our best to accommodate your rental.
Winter Notice
As we enter our first winter in the historic building that houses Bridge & Rising Studio, we want to make our space as comfortable for you as possible. While the heat in the building works sufficiently, it can be a little drafty on the second floor when temperatures outside are frigid. To combat this we have purchased 2 extra supplemental space heaters and a fan to circulate heat for your comfort. When you arrive to the studio, just turn the fan on and it will warm up quickly.
Rest assured we have made plans to enclose the entrance steps to eliminate the draft in the near future!
