This is a class for all adults (18+) being held
at the Hapeville Rec Center (3444 North Fulton Avenue
Hapeville, GA 30354)
on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30

You will learn the martial art that Bruce Lee created, Jeet Kune Do, the Way of the Intercepting Fist. This class will give you great self-awareness, self-confidence, and effective self-defense skills.
