How to Book Overwatch Studio at The Peregrine Ranch

Step 1: Check Availability

• Navigate to our Studio Booking Calendar on our website.
• Use the calendar to view available dates and times. Available slots will be clearly marked, while booked slots will be grayed out.

Step 2: Select Your Desired Date and Time

• Click on the date and time of day you’re interested in booking.
• Select a time block for each hour you are interested in booking. Our minimum rental period is 1 hour.

Step 3: Choose Your Studio Rental Option

• After selecting your time slot, choose the specific studio space or service you wish to book from the following options:
  • Full Studio Access: $100/hour
  • Blue Screen Cyclorama Wall: $75/hour
  • Photography Backdrop: $50/hour
  • Podcast Station: $50/hour
  • Editing Station: $50/hour

Step 4: Provide Your Details

• Fill out the booking form with your name, email, phone number, and any additional details about your project.

Step 5: Review and Confirm Your Booking

• Review your booking details, including the date, time, and rental option.
• A summary of your booking and total cost will be displayed.
• To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of your rental.

Step 6: Payment

• Proceed to the payment gateway to pay the 50% deposit using a credit card or other available payment methods.
• After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

Step 7: Final Confirmation

• Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with instructions for your rental day, including arrival time, access to the studio, and any specific requirements.
• If you need to rent additional production equipment, please let us know, and we’ll update your booking accordingly.

Step 8: Enjoy Your Studio Session!

• On the day of your booking, arrive at the studio at the designated time. Ensure that you follow the studio rules and return the space in the same condition as you found it to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
