WITNESS AND SHARE BIRTH STORIES

Our birth story sharing circles are for any woman who has given or witnessed birth. You are welcome to share your story or sit and hold space for others to share theirs. Together, we create a sacred space to reflect, uplift and heal.

Each circle is 60 minutes long and held via Zoom.

A POSTPARTUM COCOON

For women craving a soft place to land in the postpartum period. Each week, we offer different prompts to begin the process of exploring the birth of our babies – and of ourselves as mother. This is a space to show up exactly as you are, with or without baby, during the precious yet precarious post-birth window.

Each circle is 60 minutes long and held via Zoom.

A PLACE FOR GRIEF IN ALL FORMS

This circle is for women who have lost a child, are longing to become a mother, and/or experiencing grief in connection with motherhood in any way. Together we honor everything lost and celebrate everything gained on the path to and through motherhood, whatever that means for you.
