Resilient PT and Performance

This is a PT evaluation when you are healthy and uninjured but are looking to improve mechanics and performance. We will discuss mechanics at each joint (sport specific) and realign any joints that are limiting our peak performance. This package includes a sports massage with evaluation in order to maximize your body's mechanics.

This visit is best when you have had an injury of some kind. Whether it's a fresh injury or one that has been bothering you for years, this is a great way to get established with our PT and can optimize use of future treatments and interventions while maximizing your time! During this session we will discuss your goals and how to return to them, if you need to get an xray, MRI, or see an orthopedic surgeon. This session with include a manual therapy (sports massage) session and stretching.

This will combine a full PT evaluation, movement screening, treatment interventions and then a follow up with your coach, teacher, trainer, etc. in order for everyone on your care team to have a unified idea of what you need and mechanics to watch out for as you move forward!

This is a video call either zoom, google meet, to discuss treatments, progressions, injury questions, "what should I do" questions, any advice from a PT.

Targeted massage therapy focusing on reducing muscle tension, improving flexibility, and enhancing athletic performance, ideal for athletes or individuals with an active lifestyle. Each session is approx 15-20 min and can be doubled or tripled for a longer timed massage.
