Return to Self Program

This session is where we’ll connect, explore your unique needs and goals, and start crafting a personalized plan for your journey, whether you're a child/teen, couple, or individual.

For clients enrolled in the Return to Self program, this session focuses on continuing your personal growth journey. We’ll review your progress, tackle any challenges, and adjust your plan to ensure alignment with your goals.

This session is designed for couples enrolled in the Harmonious Growth program. We’ll work on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening your relationship, all while supporting both partners’ growth.

For couples enrolled in the Conscious Uncoupling program, this session provides support for a compassionate and respectful separation. We’ll focus on healing, closure, and redefining the relationship moving forward.

For children and teens (ages 10-17) enrolled in Empowerment Coaching, this session provides a supportive and engaging environment for them to explore their emotions, build self-confidence, and discover their unique strengths.
