We encourage you to reschedule 24 hours before your appointment if you will not be able to meet up with your appointment, as you are only allowed to transfer your initial deposit twice. If you reschedule twice, you will have to pay another deposit for the third appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel 48 hours before the date of your appointment. This is to enable us to fill the spot and to accommodate other clients.
We are aware that some unexpected events may occur in which could make you cancel your appointment, but cancellation without prior communication will result in clients being charged 50% of the total hair service fee.
