POLICIES
1. When booking, you are required to complete the attached forms based on appointment type. Please book in advance, and not the day of your appointment
2. A non-refundable, non-transferable Deposit, (Payment) is required upon booking your appointments. Deposits go towards your service total. Remainder of your total can be paid the day of your appointment via Cash or apple pay. No refunds under any circumstance unless there’s a cancellation or re- scheduling on my end.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lateness: In an event you need to cancel your appointment, cancellation / rescheduling must be done by communicating to me directly via phone. Cancellations and rescheduling are not accepted via social media. Late Appointments past 10 minutes will have an inconvenience fee added of $5. Past 15 minutes must contact me in order to confirm if you can still be serviced at original appointment time.
No Call, No Show Policy
Please be advised that failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a fee of $20, which will be charged to your card on file. Thank you for your understanding. A no call no show will require you to contact me to make future appointments, with payment in full required.
