$25 non-cancellation fee- Applies to any appointment that does not cancel within 24hrs. This fee can be waived at my discretion. No-call/no-show appointments of $100 or more will be banned & blocked indefinitely from booking EFFICTIVE 1/15/23. Please send a simple message even after your missed appointment time to avoid ban. More than 15 mintues late must reschedule if books are full. Text to confirm.
$25 booking- A $25 booking convenience fee will be applied to service when the appointment is booked by me and outside of the booking website. There will no exceptions with any appointments, with any client, for any reason.
$30 squeeze-in fee-. Anything booked less than 12hrs of available time and day will render a squeeze-in fee. Anyone requesting a "squeeze-in" due to last minute booking will be subject to the squeeze-in fee and this will include the booking fee totaling $55. Requesting a Sunday or Monday will render an additional 50. Check for availability.
$50 fee for hair longer than 24in- Price increases with length. This will be added in combination with bringing the wrong hair if applicable ($20). (Ruwa 24in braiding hair only unless approved prior to service.)
$35 per 30mins detangling fee- Please comb or pic out your hair to avoid the detangling fee, especially if you know your hair is prone to matting. Not simple tangles, but actual matting of the hair.
$50 fee for hair fresh out of box braids- This fee will be added to any service that requires the removal of previous braids left in the hair. This fee will apply when it is clear the hair was previously braided with debris in hair that must be detangled and removed etc.
$40 fee for non-prepped hair for box braids- Fee applies when hair is not shampooed blow-dried and fully prepped for your box braid service. Book the "Braid-Prep" add-on to save money. Showing up not prepped for box-braids increases service cost due to inconvenience.
$15 sleeping fee- (Falling over/unable to maintain neck posture in the chair due to extreme fatigue). Not relaxed or leaning on hand or eyes closed, but actually falling over in the chair. This will be added to any client being serviced included children. Please make sure children get adequate sleep the night before to improve the quality of their service and style.
$50 used bundles or unclean bundles- I absolutely DO NOT recommend sewing or glueing in used or pre-cut or unclean bundles. If you insist there will be a $50 fee for this. Also, please DO NOT put an excessive amount of oil, wax, or grease all throughout your hair before a silk press appointment.
$10-15 a la cart- Any "add, cut, twist, curl, make longer, make smaller, add more, make thicker, real quick, maybe, another, anything ADDED a la cart at the time of your appointment will render an upcharge. To avoid this be clear in exactly what you want during the booking process. Do not be afraid to ask as many questions as you need to make sure you book that exact style and cost of services. Popping up with multiple add-ons the day and time of your appointment will not save you money. Most a la cart services are $10-15 and I don’t mind doing them at all. I will advise you of any and all charges prior to adding the service.

Prices on the booking site are actual prices. The prices on the booking site are final. Texting/messaging me, “how much are you going to charge me...” will not alter the price IF THE PRICE IS ALREADY LISTED on the website. The only prices I honor are prices that are not currently listed for custom hair styles or quotes. If I quote you an “on the fly price” (which may be higher or lower than the actual price), I will always refer back to the website for actual pricing for fairness.

It is recommended that ALL booking is done through the booking website. Avoiding the website DOES NOT change pricing. I respond the fastest to all messages sent through the FB messenger website. My response time is usually immediately but should be less than 1 hour. When booking please do not ask me what I have available. Request your day and time and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
