Scheduling Instructions
Step 1: Choose Your Service
- Select from our range of at-home services, including nail clipping, ear cleaning, medication administration, wound care, pet sitting, or dog walking.
Step 2: Schedule Your Appointment
- Use our easy-to-use scheduler to select your desired service and pick a convenient time that fits your schedule.
- Important: For multiple pets, please book a separate appointment for each pet when selecting "At-Home Services" or "At-Home Services Bundle." Each pet requires a different amount of time, helping to better manage my schedule. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me before booking!
- A 25% deposit is required for all services. This deposit is refundable if you wish to cancel your appointment.
- At checkout, you can choose to pay the deposit or the full amount. If you opt to pay only the deposit, I will send a payment link via Square for the remaining balance. Alternatively, you can pay the remaining amount through Zelle, Venmo, or cash.
- Payment Timing for Remaining Balance:
- For At-Home Services and At-Home Service Bundles: The remaining amount is due after each visit.
- For Drop-In Visits: The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the first scheduled visit.
- For Dog Walking Bundles: The total amount is due upfront.
- For Single Dog Walking Sessions, payment is due upon completion of each appointment.
Step 3: Confirm & Reminder
- The system will automatically confirm your appointment. I’ll also reach out via text to confirm the details, discuss any special requirements, and provide pricing information.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to ensure everything is set for your at-home visit.
Step 4: Enjoy Our Convenient, Stress-Free Service
- On the day of your appointment, I’ll arrive at your home at the scheduled time to provide professional, compassionate care for your pet.
