Introducing our Fall Photographer Permits at Riddle Plant Farm!

We’re excited to offer two flexible permit options this season, perfect for capturing seasonal family portraits or mini sessions:

1. Pumpkin Patch Permit:
   This permit provides photographers access to our covered pumpkin patch, retail greenhouses, and beautifully decorated outdoor sitting areas around the farm, including our stunning oversized teak chair. A limited number of photographers may have access to The Pumpkin Patch during your appointment time. Note: This permit does not include access to the new Greenhouse Studio.
2. Greenhouse Studio & Pumpkin Patch Permit:
   This permit includes full access to our new semi-private studio within the greenhouse. The cozy space features a Victorian couch, surrounded by lush plants, vibrant mums, and autumn decor. Drapes can be drawn for additional privacy. No other photographers will have access to The Greenhouse Studio during your appointment. You’ll also have access to all areas covered by the Pumpkin Patch Permit.

Rules & Guidelines:

• Photographer Responsibility: Professional photographers must book sessions in their own name. This permit is exclusively for photographers and must be booked accordingly.
• Limited Space: To prevent overcrowding, only one family at a time per photographer is allowed in the pumpkin patch. This is especially important for mini sessions.
• Timing: Photographers and clients are asked to not occupy the pumpkin patch or greenhouse earlier than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled session and must be finished exactly at their designated end time.
• Respect the Farm Setup: Please do not move pumpkins, plants, or displays without permission. If adjustments are needed, ask an associate for assistance. We regularly rotate pumpkins and flowers to keep the displays and studio fresh throughout the season.
• Pet Policy: Friendly pets are welcome! However, dogs that are not cat-friendly should stay home, as our farm cat, Nacho, roams the property. All pets must be leashed and adhere to Riddle Plant Farm's pet policy. No animals on the couch in The Greenhouse Studio please.
• Payment: Full payment is required in advance. While refunds are not available for photographer permits, rescheduling is allowed, and we are happy to assist with that.
• Family-Friendly Environment: All photography at Riddle Plant Farm must uphold family-friendly standards.
• Shared Spaces: The farm is a shared environment with other photographers and visitors enjoying the seasonal attractions. Please be mindful and respectful of shared spaces.
