A credit card is required to make a reservation but no payment is processed until the day of the flight.
If the weather is not co-operative and causes the flight to be canceled there is no charge.
Cancelation policy:
Cancelations can be made up until 48 hours prior to the flight time. Cancelations made within 48 hours of flight time will be charged the entire amount.
Families or groups of 4 that include 2 or 3 smaller/shorter children may benefit from flying in "Carrots" the smaller balloon, contact for details regarding flying with younger/smaller children. Family rate when flying in carrots is $1,700.
