Plunge into the invigorating cold water, in one of our cold plunges. A boost to start your day, cooling off after a steamy run, or simply to put a halt to inflammation.

^^^ This Cold Plunge is 45º+ for those who want the benefits of the cold plunge without the need to be freezing below 40º (which has its benefits as well) ^^^

*Research has shown that at 50º for just 1 minute alone can express the many of the benefits of cold plunging.*
