8-week breathwork course (in-person, Didsbury)

8 hours @ £80.00

Start 2025 with a new commitment to your mental, physical and spiritual health. This 8-week breathwork course is designed to support you in remembering who you are.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we'll explore the benefits of breathwork together, in this beautiful community space. I will guide you through a conscious connected breathwork journey each week, we will talk about our intentions and our changing awareness of our mind-body connection.
