If you are coming to see me for thyroid care, the following labs are helpful to have for review;

Full thyroid studies: TSH, T4, T3, reverse T3, thyroid antibodies. Tests should be taken fasted, first thing in the morning. Avoid biotin supplementation 2 weeks prior.

Complete blood count, liver and renal function, fasting glucose/insulin, iron studies, B12/folate, CRP, vitamin D, am cortisol.

Please book an extended follow-up if you have functional lab tests to review, or multiple concerns to discuss.
