• In order for me to provide the best quality and best adhesion of my work I cannot work over or refill work that was not done by me.

• ⁠No extra guests or children are allowed inside at the time of your appointment.

• When an appointment is booked your deposit is not refundable or transferable to another time or date

• If you are late there is a late fee, after 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited in order to service other clients on time.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time, including same day cancellations, will forfeit their deposit.

In the event that I cancel or reschedule your full deposit will be refunded immediately, no call no shows will forfeit their deposit & will not be able to rebook.
