Includes past medical history, Chiropractic examination and treatment, as well as aftercare advice.

For massage appointments please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and arrive early to ensure the appointment runs to time.

You will be required to fill out a short questionnaire for your first sports massage appointment.
