PLEASE READ POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING

A NON-REFUNDABLE $10 deposit is required to secure appointments. Your deposit will go towards your service.

On the day of your appointment, please make sure to follow the instructions provided on the paging system in the lobby upon your arrival.

Please note that there is a 10 minute grace period for arriving in the lobby; however, if you exceed this time frame, your appointment will be considered cancelled. In this case, you will be charged 50% of the service and will need to provide a new deposit to reschedule your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% if the spot cannot be filled.

If you arrive 11 minutes late without communication, it will be treated as a no-show, resulting in a charge of 50% of the service fee for the first instance. After more than one occurrence, the full service fee will be required in advance for future bookings.

Only the person receiving the service may enter the room. No guests, pets, children, or significant others are allowed, except for a parent who must stay with their minor child during the service.
