Founded by David Berceli, Ph.D., TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) activate neurogenic tremoring through a series of moves, allowing the body to release accumulated or wired tension and stress. Sustained fight or flight mode can build excess tightness in the body. TRE® is a highly beneficial body-initiated practice that helps restore an overcharged nervous system back to neutrality.

For your sessions, please wear non-restrictive, stretchy, or athletic clothing you can move easily in any direction. You will perform a few active exercises, followed by laying on your back on a yoga mat. Some exceptions and modifications can be made as needed. TRE® creates the most progress with consistent practice, and it becomes a wonderful self-care tool easily done on your own, after you have learned and practiced it with a Certified TRE® Provider in just a few sessions.

First time doing TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exeercises), performed virtually via Zoom from the convenience of your personal space. **You must have a screen device in which your entire body laying down on a mat can be clearly seen on screen. **
