This rental is to be used for photo or video shoots only.
The scheduled rental time selected is the actual start time of the length chosen. Spaces are booked with no gaps. You must exit at agreed time to allow next renter to come in.
No clients or children should be left unattended in the studio or allowed to play with any set ups in the studio.
You MUST clean up after yourself and failing to do so WILL result in a $100 cleaning fee. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This includes sweeping and mopping (as needed), and removing any trash that does not fit in the trash can. If the trash is overflowing please be courteous and take the bag to the dumpster on your way out.
If anything is damaged beyond repair by either you, your client or your clients children YOU are responsible for the replacement fee which varies by item. If this occurs, we kindly ask that you notify us, prior to camera footage review.
Pets are allowed upon approval basis only. If approved, Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and proof may be required.
To reschedule or cancel your reserved time slot please see the confirmation email from the booking.
Your rental spot may not be sold, gifted or transferred to another renter. Renters must be approved by studio staff. Gift Certificates are available for purchase as needed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking is found you WILL be banned.
Cameras are in use in areas of studio, hallways and outdoor areas for safety of clients and staff. There are no cameras in changing areas or bathrooms. Footage is reviewed on a weekly basis or as needed.
There is no production allowed in any public common areas of the building lobby, front entrance, all hallways etc. You must not enter any other buildings.
Renter is responsible for any claims from their client and holds Studio 87 and building property owners harmless of any and all claims. Therefore client must submit proof of insurance or acknowledge they will not hold either responsible.
You will have access to WIFI, Bathrooms, Building 24/7 (A/C Hours 9-8pm Monday-Saturday and 9-7pm on Sundays), There is parking on Both Sides of the building, However, there is more available parking on the neighborhood side
Do not give the entrance code to ANY client, no matter the circumstances. Please open door if its after hours and doors lock (Doors Lock automatically 5pm M-F and remain locked on the weekends. You will have a code for access.
You will have a key to access unit and storage room. Please be sure to lock both on your way out.
