Welcome to the Belgium Dungeon Suite, an exclusive BDSM B&B suite located within my Manor House in Diest. We welcome everyone to visit, though please note that we do not offer hourly bookings. The minimum booking is two hours, and you have the choice to rent the suite with or without the bedroom. For those seeking a more immersive experience, longer stays, including overnight and holiday packages for over five days, are also available, so you can enjoy as much time with us as you like. Overnight guests can also enjoy an optional breakfast for two, with accommodations for any dietary requirements.

Our on-site Dungeon Mistress will be available to assist, ensuring privacy once you’re checked in. Additional rooms will be introduced in the future for groups with connected reservations.

We are pleased to offer a sauna for booking, as well as an honesty bar featuring champagne, prosecco, wine, and a variety of beverages. Soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea are included with each booking.

This is a 25-minute private tour of the dungeon suite, allowing you to view the setting before making a booking with the Mistress of the house. We understand that some may feel nervous during their first visit, so we’re happy to offer this preview. Please note, this is strictly a viewing, with no playtime included.

Rate: This rate applies exclusively to couples.
Additional guests: €100 per couple or €50 per individual (Please note, no overnight accommodation is provided for additional guests).

The BDS is strictly non-smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted, and robes are provided for your comfort.
