Best Practices for your Bionic Breathwork Zoom Session: Create a comfy 'nest', free of distractions. This is "YOU' time. Make sure your pets, kids and spouses know that you need uninterrupted time. Have layers or a blanket near as your body can go through extreme temperature changes. The session is best experienced with earbuds or headphones on a laptop. However, your phone will also work if needed. Please angle your camera in a manner that the facilitator can watch you breathe. Please do not eat for 1.5-2 hours prior to your session. Come with an open mind and open heart and you will have a magical, transformation experience!
