Guided Embodied Meditations for Stress Reduction
Join us for a mid-day reset to pause, check in, and come back to your core. Embodied meditations can improve your energy levels, reduce stress, and help to alleviate pain and tension in your body.
Each class is 50 minutes long. We’ll perform two to three short, guided embodied meditations during this time and allow for questions in between. All the meditations will be done in a comfortable seated position.
