To ensure you have a satisfying experience at our spa, we kindly request that you take a moment to review our booking policies.
Our schedule is updated monthly, and appointments can only be made up to one month in advance. If you don’t see available slots for the service you’re interested in, please call us to confirm if the spot has already been booked. If it is, we’ll help you find the next available appointment that fits your schedule.
A $30 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be charged upon booking for all services. Should you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the service.
To maintain the accuracy and efficiency of our booking system, please use your real name and email address when scheduling an appointment. We cannot accept bookings made under aliases, nicknames, or initials.
Please note that a 10 minute grace period will be granted if you are tardy to your appointment. Any tardiness beyond 15 minutes of your scheduled time, time will be deducted from your scheduled service. If you are tardy and choose to not come to your appointment, you will be fully charged for the scheduled service.
*Our parking is street parking only* Please ensure that you are able to arrive on time to find parking. Our doorbell is to left side of the door. Please ring the bell and one of our employees will let you in.
All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
