Hair MUST be Shampooed, Blow dried and free of all product day of appointment!
Because your hair creates its own oils overtime, I strongly advise you to shampoo your hair the day before or day of appointment. Please reframe from using heavy leave-in conditioners. (If hair is unclean and/ or oily you will have to reschedule appointment for a later date)
• If you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so within 48 hours.
"Communication is KEY" I understand that last minute emergencies happen; so please text +1 (984) 298-8624, if you cannot cancel your appointment through your email. Unfortunately, you will NOT be able to transfer your deposit to your rescheduled appointment at this time. You You will have to book another appointment with a new deposit. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will result in termination of future bookings.
• Please text +1 (984) 298-8624 if you feel you will arrive late. Clients will receive a 15-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, NO late fees will be required, but I will leave for the day. If you have not communicated with me, you will not be able to book future appointments.

• Changing braid styles the day of appointment is strongly prohibited unless desired style takes less time than style booked. In this case, I will need to be notified of this change at least 48 hours in advance.
