- All returning clients: Be sure to Log In to manage or reschedule appointments. Using an account also allows you to avoid completing intake/credit card info again.
- New facial clients: Please be sure to book 'New Client Facials' only which include a comprehensive consultation to discuss your skincare needs. You can create a Login to easily manage appointments moving forward.
- Cancellation Policy: All services may be cancelled 24 hours prior or 50% service fee may apply. All cancellations and rescheduling must be done online or via text/email. Social Media notifications are not accepted. Clients who cancel/reschedule an appointment 3 or more times may be required to pay in full for future appointments. No shows will be charged the full appointment price.
- Paying with gift card: A credit card is required to hold every appointment but you may pay with your gift card at the appointment. Please select your appointment, complete intake, then select "Reserve Without Paying". Bring the gift card to your service for payment! Check your online gift card balance here - not available for printed giftcards.
