2. Choose a Date & Time:
Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please select a time that works best for your schedule. All times are shown in your local timezone.
3. Complete the Intake Form:
Once you book, you’ll be prompted to fill out a brief intake form. This helps me better prepare for our session and tailor your experience to your goals.
4. Be On Time & Prepared:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. Have any necessary documents or questions ready to make the most of our time together.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
