Instructions for Booking and Preparing for Your Detailing Appointment
Before You Book:
1. Choose Your Service:
• Review the services we offer, such as Basic Interior Detailing (vacuuming every piece of dirt and wiping down the interior).
• Add any extras you need, such as pet hair removal or stain treatment.
2. Provide Accurate Details:
• Include your vehicle’s make, model, year, and color during booking so we can prepare for your specific needs.
3. Select a Date and Time:
• Pick an available date and time that works for you.
• Ensure you’re booking enough time for your chosen service (e.g., allow at least 1–2 hours for interior detailing).
4. Payment Information (if applicable):
• No deposit is required for booking.
Before Your Appointment:
1. Prepare Your Vehicle:
• Remove all personal belongings and excessive trash from your car before the appointment.
• This allows us to focus entirely on the cleaning process.
• Failing to do so may warrant an additional cleaning charge of 25$
2. Accessibility for Mobile Detailing (if applicable):
• If we’re coming to you, ensure your vehicle is parked in a location with enough space for our equipment.
• Let us know if there are any special instructions for access.
3. Arrival Time:
• Be ready for your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may reduce service time.
After Your Appointment:
1. Inspect Your Vehicle:
• Once we’re finished, take a moment to review the work and let us know if there’s anything you’d like adjusted.
2. Keep It Clean:
• To maintain the quality of our detailing, avoid eating, drinking, or adding clutter to your car for at least 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations/Rescheduling:
• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• We understand things happen, but multiple cancelations will result in a deposit being required
• In the event a deposit is required, 30 dollars or 20% of the service total cost will be due at time of booking. Whichever amount is greater.
