I request that you provide me with at least a 24hr notice in order to get rescheduled or cancel.

**Notices provided after 24hrs are subject to pay 50% of the scheduled appointment.

**Appointments missed with no notice are subject to pay 100% of the scheduled appointment.

Refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis and are ultimately up to my discretion.
