• Introduction Call: ****MUST SET UP FIRST**** This is to connect with new customers. During this call we will discuss your choice to utilize a Travel Advisor pros and cons. Also, can be used to reconnect with returning clients.
• Questionnaire Call: This appointment is to go over as much information as possible that will help determine your needs and wants for you trip and quote.
• Quote Consultation: This consultation would take place over the phone to go over your quote options.
• Quote Consultation: - Zoom : This consultation will be conducted in Zoom Meeting
• Quote Consultation - In Person: This option will be an in -person meeting to discuss quotes

There is a $30 deposit for all consultations, $30 will be refunded after 1st day of booked trip. If, trip was not booked, or consultation was cancelled and not rescheduled the deposit would not be refunded. Returning customers booking additional trips in the same calendar year deposit will be waived.
