PERMITTED ACTIVITIES:

Photoshoots, video productions, and content creation are permitted. Classes, parties, and ticketed events must be approved as a co-hosted partnership with The Creative Haven. Contact us at hello@mariahgalecreative.com to partner on a project.

CAPACITY:

Our capacity is 21 people in the space at one time. The capacity of our space is determined by the amount of parking spaces we are allocated.

INSURANCE:

All rentals MUST submit a COI (certificate of insurance) at the time of booking their rental, per our legal team. Have insurance? Download the COI from your online account with your insurance broker. Don't have insurance? Easily get insurance coverage by the hour or day at a company like Thimble Insurance (we are not affiliated!).

Without an updated COI on file, you will not be given access to the studio. We don't personally care but our lawyers do.

SET UP AND BREAKDOWN:

All rental times should factor in setup and breakdown times. You may enter the building at the start of your rental period and must leave a clean and reset space at the end of your rental time.

EQUIPMENT:

Rentals do not include equipment or backdrops.
