Step 1: Select Your Session Time

✨ Sessions are conducted via [Zoom/Google Meet] – you’ll receive a link after booking.

Step 2: Confirmation & Pre-Session Instructions

✔ You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.
✔ A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before your session.
✔ If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the same booking link.

Step 3: Prepare for Your Session

To receive the fullest activation & transformation, create a sacred space before your session:

🔥 Find a quiet, comfortable area where you won’t be disturbed.
🔥 Wear loose, comfortable clothing for movement & flexibility exercises.
🔥 Have a journal ready for reflections & guided affirmations.
🔥 Light a candle, incense, or play soft music to enhance your energy field.
🔥 Hydrate & be in a receptive, open state to receive your activation.

Step 4: Join Your Private Session

✔ 5 minutes before your session, check your email for the Zoom/Google Meet link.
✔ Log in on time to receive the full experience.
✔ Ensure your camera & microphone are working (optional but encouraged).

❗ Important Notes:

🌺 Cancellations/Reschedules: Must be done 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.
🌺 Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is given. After that, the session will be considered a no-show with no refund.
🌺 Energy Exchange: Sessions are non-refundable, but you may reschedule within 30 days.
