  2. Cancellations made by the client or attendee less than 12 hours to the start time are non-refundable. Rescheduling is at the trainer's discretion.
  3. "No Shows" cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable. A $10 fee may occur at the trainer's discretion.

On Point does not charge an annual/ bi-annual fee and has no restrictions for cancelling training after the agreement period is fulfilled. Sessions do not roll over to the following month.
