A booking fee of 50% of your service(s) is required to secure your appointment. Booking fees are forfeited if canceled less than 24 hours before your appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your appointment time, I will do my best to complete as much as the service as I can in the time we have left. If you arrive for your appointment but refuse service, your booking fee will be forfeited.
