1. **Session Format:** All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom and are scheduled for a duration of 1 hour. You'll receive a Zoom link via email once your session is successfully scheduled.
2. **Payment Policy:** To ensure a smooth and focused session, all sessions, excluding free consultations, must be paid for in advance. This can be conveniently done through my secure payment system during the scheduling process.
3. **Rescheduling and Cancellation:** Life happens, and I understand. Should you need to reschedule or cancel a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice, allowing me to accommodate your request effectively. In the event of less than 24 hours' notice, the full payment amount will be forfeited, except in the case of emergencies.
4. **Zoom Setup:** For the best experience, please ensure you are in a quiet space where you can speak freely without interruptions during our session. I'm committed to creating a safe and confidential space for our discussions.
