Hello! I am so honored you have chosen to breathe with me! I can't wait to connect and teach you the transformative healing power of your own breath!

Whether you are new to breathwork, or you are an experienced breather, this session will be perfectly tailored to you.

It might be helpful to spend a few minutes thinking about a possible intention. Some possible intentions might be: to reduce stress, to gain clarity, to practice mindfulness, to release grief, to heal tension headaches or maybe there isn't an intention at all! Sometimes, when we take the time to be still, our intentions come to us on their own.

A few helpful tips before our session together:

  1. Prepare your space and place your phone on silent. This is your sacred time. Protect it from distractions. ❤️📵
  2. Earbuds or headphones are recommended to make it easier to hear the music and reduce distractions from outside noise. 🎧🎶
  3. Grab an eye mask & blanket. Having something to rest over your eyes allows for deeper relaxation and a blanket can be helpful for shifts in temperature. 👀😎
  4. Avoid heavy meals or lots of water right before our session as it can make breathing uncomfortable. 🍔
