NOTE: In early 2024 our system made some changes - our pricing has not increased since 2022, despite inflation! However, we used to have travel fees "baked in", but now they're broken out. The total price is the same.
In order to offer the same great quality photography and service you're used to, TourFactory does travel further out than a lot of our competition. With this, there are costs involved. Please confirm pricing as we don't want any surprises.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations by the Listing Agent or their Staff, or their Sellers or Contractors, within 4 hours of the Appointment time, or if for reasons outside of TourFactory's control we cannot gain access after arriving, will be subject to a $75 CANCELLATION fee, PLUS mileage @ $.49 per mile, Roundtrip, from Zip Code 64064 to the Listing Address. By setting an Appointment through this system, agent is hereby acknowledging and accepting TourFactory's Cancellation Policy. Please keep in touch with your Sellers and Contractors and heed the Reminders that we send prior to the Appointment!
