Terms and Conditions for “The ProFile Package”

By subscribing to “The ProFile Package,” you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Sessions

• Each monthly subscription includes one professional headshot session.

• Sessions do not roll over. If a session is not used within the billing cycle, it is forfeited.

2. Membership Cancellation

• You may cancel your membership up to 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Cancellations within 24 hours of the next billing cycle will result in the subscription being renewed for the following month.

• If you have a scheduled headshot session, membership cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session to avoid being charged.

3. Rescheduling Sessions

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• Rescheduled sessions must be completed before the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Image Delivery

• Final images will be delivered within 3–5 business days after the session.

• Images will be provided in high resolution through an online password-protected gallery for secure access and download.

5. Photography Style

• All headshot sessions will adhere to our established lighting and editing style to ensure consistency and professionalism.

6. Travel and Permit Fees

• Sessions held outside of our studio may incur additional travel and/or permit fees. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to scheduling the session.

7. Membership Benefits and Terms

• Membership discounts and benefits apply exclusively to “The ProFile Package” sessions and cannot be transferred to other services or individuals.

• The package is non-refundable, except in cases where services cannot be rendered due to reasons beyond our control.
