The Loft
Welcome to The Loft Creative Space. Please review the following Terms & Conditions detailed in the rental agreement above:
- Scheduling: Any changes to your reservation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. Failure to do so will necessitate a new reservation.
- Property Maintenance: Renters are responsible for maintaining the premises, furniture, and equipment in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental period. All trash must be disposed of properly, and any messes cleaned promptly. Failure to leave the studio in good condition or vacate the premises on time may result in additional fees outlined in the agreement.
- Surveillance: The Loft Creative Space may conduct video surveillance of its premises, excluding private areas, to promote safety and security. Cameras will be positioned appropriately and used in compliance with privacy regulations. Unplugging or covering these cameras violates the terms and conditions.
- Liability: Renters are liable for any damages, legal actions, or loss of reputation incurred during their use of the premises. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Loft Creative Space against any legal actions arising from their use of the studio.
- Liability Release: Renter assumes all responsibility for injuries and equipment damage during the rental period. The Loft Creative Space is released from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries, regardless of negligence.
