MUSE BlackCard Membership – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the MUSE Black Card Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Commitment & Billing
- The MUSE Black Card Membership requires a 6-month minimum commitment from the date of purchase.
- Your membership fee of $150 per month will be auto-drafted on the same date each month.
- Payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Cancellation Policy
- A 60-day written cancellation notice is required to terminate your membership after the 6-month commitment.
- Early cancellations before the 6-month term will result in a charge for the remaining balance of the contract.
- Cancellations must be sent via email to [your email] with the subject line “Membership Cancellation Request.”
Service Redemptions
- Your membership includes three (3) in-studio spray tans per month; unused tans do not roll over.
- 30% off mobile tans applies only to the active member and cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Complimentary services (B12 shot, annual skin screening) must be redeemed within the membership term and cannot be carried over if unused.
Membership Perks & Discounts
- Discounts on Botox, filler, and partner services are subject to change and are offered through third-party providers.
- MUSE Atelier is not responsible for any changes in pricing, service availability, or policies of partner businesses.
No Sharing or Transfers
- Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. All services and discounts apply only to the registered member.
Late Payments & Membership Holds
- A $25 late fee will be applied if a payment fails and is not updated within 48 hours.
- Memberships cannot be placed on hold or paused. If you need to cancel, the 60-day cancellation policyapplies.
Changes to Membership Terms
- MUSE Atelier reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the membership program at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email.
