TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Validity Period of Service
All services are valid for the period stated for each package. Once the validity period expires, all unused sessions will be forfeited. In exceptional cases, extensions may be granted at FITFAMCO's sole discretion.

Clients are responsible for informing FITFAMCO in advance if their assigned trainer is unavailable, so alternative arrangements can be made. This ensures the package can be completed within the validity period.

2. No Refunds
All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. Booking Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be considered chargeable. In cases of emergency or illness, exceptions may be made at FITFAMCO’s sole discretion.

4. Booking Rescheduling Policy
Clients are encouraged to maintain a consistent training schedule. If rescheduling is required, it must be done with the trainer’s agreement. Excessive rescheduling or prolonged inactivity may affect trainer availability.

FITFAMCO reserves the right to reschedule sessions at our discretion, without compensation, in the event of trainer unavailability.

5. Freezing of Sessions
Package freezing is only permitted with valid proof of hospitalisation or a medical certificate stating the client is medically unfit for exercise for a specific period. Package extensions are not permitted unless explicitly stated.

6. Late Policy
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show and charged in full. Trainers may, at their discretion, allow participation for the remaining session time.

7. Extension of Package
For Personal Training services only, an extension fee of $100 per 4 weeks applies should the client wish to extend the validity of their package.

8. Termination and Suspension
FITFAMCO reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion in situations including, but not limited to:

Violation of applicable laws or regulations;
Sharing of access or sessions without prior consent;
Conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or deemed inappropriate within the training environment.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided unless otherwise decided at FITFAMCO’s sole discretion. We will always aim to communicate clearly and fairly before any action is taken.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Clients accept the inherent risks of physical activity. FITFAMCO is not liable for any injury or damage sustained during sessions, including those using third-party equipment or locations.

Clients warrant that they are in suitable physical condition for training and have sought medical clearance if necessary.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold FITFAMCO and its representatives harmless from all claims or liabilities arising from the use of its services.

10. Others
FITFAMCO may amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. In the event of any dispute, FITFAMCO’s decision shall be final.
