This has an hourly rate of $75/HR with a 2 hour minimum. You must add on additional hours for more time in the add-on section below!
Daily Content Studio Rental8 hours @ $500.00
This has a set rate of $500 for 8 hours.
Suite Rental
Daily Suite Rental (12 HOURS) + ( $35 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT)12 hours @ $135.00
This package includes 12 hours in one of our luxury suites fit for many uses.
+ ( $35 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT)
The earliest available time for a suite is at 7am and 10pm being the latest.
Half Day Suite Rental (5 1/2 HRS) +($35 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT)5 hours 30 minutes @ $85.00
This package includes 5 1/2 hours in one of our luxury suites fit for many uses.
There is a $35 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
You must book from 7am-1:00pm or 1:30pm-7:30pm
PAYMENTS:
Full payment is required upon booking.
A $35 security deposit is added on to each booking for property protection.
CANCELLATIONS:
We will only refund up to 50% if cancellation is done 24hrs before scheduled appointment.
No refund will be issued for no-call/ no-shows or late appointments.
BOOKING:
Each renter will be given a uniqu door code upon booking, which will expire at the end of the scheduled booking time.
HOUSEKEEPING
NO LOUD MUSIC.
NO SMOKING/DRUGS/ OR ALCOHOL.
NO WEAPONS UNCONCEALED
NO INSCENTS.
ACCESS IS ONLY PERMITTED TO YOUR RENTED ROOM.
KEEP PERSONAL ITEMS IN YOUR RENTED SPACE.
PLEASE CLEAN YOUR SPACE UPON DEPARTURE.
