Thank you for choosing us to assist with your move! We’re here to provide reliable, efficient, and professional moving labor services for your house-to-house move, storage unit, POD, and more. Please review the following instructions before booking to ensure a smooth experience:

Scheduling Instructions:

1. Select the Right Service:

• We offer moving labor services for loading and unloading your items. We also offer packing and unpacking as a separate service. Please select the appropriate option if you need professional help with moving furniture, appliances, boxes, or other belongings.

2. Get Your Moving Truck Ready:

• Please ensure your moving truck, POD, or trailer is available and ready to go at the time of your scheduled appointment. This service is for labor only—we do NOT provide a truck.

3. Choose Your Appointment Length:

• We offer a 2-hour minimum, with up to a 10-hour window or more depending on your move details and situation. If you’re unsure of how much time you’ll need, feel free to contact us beforehand for an estimate.

4. Prepare for the Appointment:

• Pack and organize your items before our team arrives. (We offer packing and unpacking services as a separate service if needed.) We can also assist with basic furniture disassembly and reassembly if required.

• Access & Parking: Please ensure there is clear access to your property and sufficient parking for our team and equipment.

5. Let Us Know About Specialty Items:

• If you have fragile, large, or heavy items (e.g., pianos, appliances), please indicate them in the booking notes so we can come prepared. Specialty item fees may apply for these types of items.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We are happy to reschedule as the schedule allows, but cancellations will incur a fee.
