Carolyn Speed - Career, Organisation and High-Performance
A career management expert and Level 2 IECL certified coach, supports doctors at all career stages. Specializing in the medical field, she has hundreds of coaching hours, understanding training pathways, career progression, and health services. She developed AMA Victoria's career services, including interview prep and retirement planning. Previously a senior lawyer and consultant, Carolyn holds a BA (Psych) and LLB (Hons).

Julia Earle is an expert in career development and talent management. Possesses 20 years’ of experience across a range of sectors including health, with a BA (psych) and post-graduate qualifications in career coaching. Experienced coaching individuals from students through to those approaching retirement and takes a client-centred, strengths-based approach to coaching. She has extensive experience in recruitment and selection processes and supporting individuals to achieve their career goals.
