Specializing in the medical field, she has hundreds of coaching hours, understanding training pathways, career progression, and health services. She developed AMA Victoria's career services, including interview prep and retirement planning. Previously a senior lawyer and consultant, Carolyn holds a BA (Psych) and LLB (Hons).
